What a novel. Some may call it overrated, however, the novel came at a perfect time for me, and it’s really opened my eyes. I’ve never read a book where I felt so very connected to the main character. It’s like he’s talking to you as an old friend, and it’s so very personal. Charlie is as big a part of my young life as some real people are. It’s a truly impressive work.
